BGMはcharaさんで。
日記２日もお休みしちゃいました。。
体調が悪くて木曜夜あたりから躁（イライラ）→金曜くらいから鬱（どんより）モード。いつものことなんですけど今回はちょっと辛かったので金曜日は会社とバンドのリハをお休みしちゃいました。。薬飲んで部屋で精油焚いて本よんでじっとしてました。やっとよくなってきました。
読んだ本。この間もちょこっと紹介しましたが。
中は見開きでこんなかんじ。ちょっと占い風だけどレシピに関するコメントは適確でいいですね。
もうひとつ読んだ本。
中はこんな感じ。渋ぅ・・・。ちょっとあこがれます。かわいい。
明日はおでかけできるかな。（＾－＾）

季節の変わり目っていえば変わり目ですしね（！？）
もっと暖かくなってきて気分も晴れればいいですね。
お天気良くて空が青いと気分もいいですよね（・・・ってそりは自分だけか）
でも好きな音楽、好きな本、好きな香りで・・・ってなんだか優雅です。
何をやるにも自分の部屋ではゴミ箱の中みたいで・・・
