今週はなんだかドタバタじたばたしてる内に、あっという間におわっちゃいました。ほえー。
先日、GoodSleepTea(ぐっすりティ)という名前のお茶をまとめ買いしました。前回飲んで大変おいしかったので。内容はルイボス、レモングラス、カモミール、セントジョーンズワート、ローズバッツ、バジル、セージ、タイムだそうです。ほ～んとに香りがいいんです。今まで夜寝る前にアールグレイがぶ飲み状態だったのですが、寝られなくなるしなぁ、とノンカフェインに移行することにしました。ハーブティーではじめて「おいしい」って思いました。ここで売ってます。下の方。おひとついかがですか？（＾＾；
セントジョーンズワートはちょっと興味があります。ハーブは天然の抗ウツ剤として利用されていて眠りのホルモンメラトニンの分泌を促すんですって。キャリアオイルもあるみたい。今度使ってみようかな。今はマカデミアナッツオイルに小麦胚芽オイルをまぜたのを使ってますが、なんとなく使い心地はスイートアーモンドの方がしっくりくるかなぁ。。ちなみにベビーオイルじゃダメなんですって。鉱物油は肌に膜を作って保護する目的で使うので肌に浸透させたいアロマトリートメントなどには不向きなんだそうな。なるほどねぇ。
