今日は会社の帰りの電車でうまいこと座れたのですが、途中から突如体中がむず痒くなってきて肩甲骨の内側がにゅ～～ってやな感じになってきて、じっとしていられなくなりました。なんか立ち上がって暴れたいというか、走り出したいというか。。最近、腕のひじから下あたりに湿疹ができててあちこち痒いのですがそれがひどくなったのかなぁ？隣に座ってたおじさんやお兄ちゃんの衣服がちょっと触れるだけでも「ふぎゃぁっ！」自分の髪の毛が扇風機の風にゆられても「ふぎゃぁっ！」なんなんだ、この感じ。アオォォオオォォオ～～～ンっ。
うちに帰ってきてとりあえずさっぱりするぞ、と足を水シャワーで洗っていたところ、普段見覚えのないあたりに静脈浮きまくってます。。。もしかして血圧あがってる？？いわゆる「血圧のあがる」ような嫌なことがあったわけでもなく、ものすごくなにかに興奮しているわけでもなく、いつもに比べて気温も過ごしやすいし。。。普段あげようと思ってもあがらない低血圧女なのですが。といってもうちで血圧はかれないのでホントに血圧上がってるのかわかんないんですけど。
そうこうしてたら、ほんのちょっと揺れたのでTVをつけたら、神奈川県で震度３の地震だそうで。もしや感知した？（笑）。それにしちゃ小規模ですな。。
じたばたが収まらないのでとりあえずアロマテラピーじゃ。血圧降下作用のあるクラリセージ３滴とイランイラン１滴、ベルガモット１滴。マグカップにお湯をいれてスーハーしてたら少し落ち着いてきました。。やれやれ。。
なんか睡眠不足で身体が疲れてるけど頭がギンギンにさえてる感じなので、昼休みに買った缶コーヒーが原因かもしれません。。。確かに「エスプレッソ」とは書いてあったけど缶コーヒーごときでそんなんなるか？？確かに６月に３週間くらいコーヒー断ちしてカフェイン中毒から脱却して以来、そんなにコーヒー飲まなくなったけど。。。
とりあえず思い当たるふしはこのくらいしかありません。。なんか支離滅裂ですいません。まだちょっとヘンなんで文章が冷静に把握できません。。ふみゃ。
