きょうはボイストレーニングの本についてきたCDききながらちょっと練習してみたのですが・・・、ノド痛い。。。痛いってことはちゃんとした声の出し方できてないってことですね。む～ん。
しかしうちで練習するのはやっぱりご近所のてまえ気が引けてちゃんとこえが出せません。やっぱカラオケ屋かな～。スタジオ個人練習の方が安いか。多摩川まで車出すって手もありますが、やはり停車して歌ってる人ってあやしいよなぁ。。んだが、どこかで恥はかきすて、しないとですね。。問題は毎日やんなさい、って、、毎日はちょっと、、、
しかしこ～ゆ～風に発声してみましょう、とか言われてやってみるとものすごいおんちなの。どうしたものやら。最初は音程は気にせず、呼吸法と声の出し方をマスターしなさい、みたいな感じなんですけど、やはりそんなもんが聞こえてきたら不快だよな～。しくしく。
