シャンプー前にマージョラムで頭皮マッサージするのが最近私の中で流行ってます。本当はシャンプー後の清潔な状態の方がいいのかもしれませんが、脂分が残りすぎると重たくなるのでシャンプー前にしてます。完全に自己流ですが。。。
・シャワーで頭皮の汗などをよーーく洗い流します
・ホホバ油などキャリアオイル10mlにマージョラム２滴入れたものを頭皮に塗布し、気持ちいいように揉んだり指圧したりします。こめかみや首なんかも一緒に指圧します
・髪全体になじませたあとすすぎます
・その後は普通にシャンプー＆リンスします
後のシャンプーのなじみがよくなるので、一度洗いでもちゃんと泡立ちますし、シャンプーの刺激も少なくなるのじゃないか、と勝手に思ってます。
ヘアケアといえばローズマリーが有名で、ローズマリーの頭皮マッサージもすかーーーっとして気持ちがいいのですが、仕上がりがマージョラムの方がやわらかくて髪もまとまる感じです。いろいろ調べてもマージョラムがヘアケアにいい、なんてどこにも書いてないのですが、明らかに違うんですよねぇ。。。マージョラムは暖める作用があり、筋肉痛や不眠、消化器系の不調なんかに役にたつ精油です。スイートマージョラムのハーブは春の七草の「はこべ」にそっくりです（見た目）。
でも、毎日同じ香りを使うと慣れてしまって効果がなくなってしまうらしいので、マージョラムのマッサージもほどほどにしたほうがよさそうです。カモミールもヘアケアでは有名ですね。でも私がもってるジャーマンカモミールは香りがすごい強烈なのでやってみたことはありません。。
